Sometimes you’re facing a decision and need space to work out what feels right.

Other times, you know something needs to change but aren’t quite sure where to begin.

When the usual approach no longer works

Sometimes, it’s a decision you can’t seem to make.

You’ve thought it through, talked it over, weighed the options — perhaps more than once. Yet you keep coming back to the same question. There may be good reasons for every option, plenty of opinions from others, and no obvious right answer.

You don’t necessarily need someone to tell you what to do. You’d just like to work out what feels right for you.

Other times, it’s harder to put your finger on.

On paper, things may be going well. You’ve built a career, a life or a sense of stability you’re proud of. And yet, something feels off.

Perhaps you’re questioning what you really want, noticing familiar patterns you can’t seem to shift, or wondering why things don’t feel quite the way you imagined they would.

You don’t necessarily want to turn your life upside down. You’d just like to understand what’s going on — and what might need to change.

What we might work on

No two people arrive at coaching with exactly the same questions. And sometimes, what starts as one question leads us to explore something else along the way.

Our work might involve:

Finding clarity
when you’re facing a decision, transition or crossroads.

Understanding recurring patterns
that influence how you think, respond or make choices.

Navigating expectations
— your own and those of others — while reconnecting with what matters to you.

Building self-trust
and feeling more confident in the choices you make.

Strengthening resilience
when life or work asks more of you than usual.

Exploring what comes next
when something no longer feels right, even if you can’t quite explain why.

The aim is to understand yourself and your situation more fully, recognise what matters to you and feel better equipped to make choices that are genuinely yours.

How I work

I don’t believe lasting change comes from fighting who we are or trying harder to become someone else.

Often, the ways we think, respond and behave have served us well at some point. But what once helped us navigate life may no longer be helping us move in the direction we want.

In our coaching conversations, we make space to explore what’s happening, understand the patterns and pressures that may be influencing your choices, and reconnect with what matters to you. Sometimes that means working through one particular decision, making sense of the options and finding a way forward you can stand behind. Other times, it means looking more closely at recurring patterns and questions that call for a little more exploration.

Rather than looking for a perfect answer or a quick fix, we work towards greater awareness, resilience and self-trust — so you can make more intentional choices and put them into practice in everyday life.

Because knowing what you’d like to change and actually living it are two different things.

Change looks different from where you stand

I've spent more than 20 years in international leadership, hospitality and transformation, navigating change in all sorts of environments. Some of the experiences that have shaped me most, though, happened outside of work.

Moving between cities and countries has meant more than changing addresses. Each new place brought unfamiliar situations, different perspectives and opportunities to discover something about myself along the way. I've also explored more than 40 countries, including a year travelling independently across ten of them with a 40-litre backpack.

Those experiences have challenged how I think, what I believe and how I approach things. They've taught me to question assumptions, adjust my perspective and become more comfortable finding my way as I go.

Over time, I've come to understand just how differently we view and experience change, and how much courage it can take to move forward when the familiar no longer fits.

I bring those experiences into our coaching conversations, alongside my professional experience and training. With curiosity, an open mind and an appreciation for the experiences that have shaped you, too.

Ways to work together

Sometimes you need space to work through one particular question. Other times, there’s more to explore.

Depending on where you are and what you’re looking for, here are two ways we might work together.

One decision.
A little more clarity.

Three sessions to explore a meaningful decision or crossroads.

For when you’re facing a specific decision, can see several possible paths, but keep finding yourself back at the same question.

Across three private coaching sessions, we explore what’s making the decision difficult, what matters to you and the options available — so you can find greater clarity and move towards a choice you can stand behind.

More to explore.
Room to grow.

A 12-week journey for deeper exploration and meaningful change.

For when something no longer feels quite right, you’re navigating a broader transition, or you want to understand and change patterns that keep showing up in your life.

Through private coaching sessions, with time between them to reflect and put insights into practice, we explore what’s happening beneath the surface, build greater awareness and self-trust, and explore changes you want to make in everyday life.

Not sure which is right for you?

That’s perfectly fine. We can explore what you’re looking for in an initial conversation and see which approach, if either, makes sense.

What to expect

A conversation to begin with

We can start with a complimentary 30-minute discovery call to explore what you’re looking for, answer your questions and see whether working together feels like a good fit.

There’s no pressure to commit, and you don’t need to have everything figured out before we talk.

Coaching that meets you where you are

Our sessions are shaped around what matters to you, with space to think, question, reflect and explore new perspectives at your own pace.

I’ll bring curiosity, thoughtful questions and structure where it’s useful. You bring your experience, perspective and whatever feels important to explore.

Between sessions, reflections, tools or small experiments can help you explore new perspectives and put insights into practice in everyday life.

Taking what matters forward

Towards the end of our work, we’ll reflect on what has shifted, what you’ve put into practice and what you’d like to carry forward.

The focus is on strengthening your clarity, awareness and self-trust, so you feel better equipped to navigate what comes next.

Let’s explore working together

Whether you’re facing a particular decision or simply know that something needs to change, we can start with a conversation.
